Yield for hectare: about 4.000 kg.

Training system: Spurred cordon.

Soil type: Pliocene clay, silt and sand.

Harvest time: First decade of October manual harvest, in boxes.

Vinification: Destemming and soft crushing. Temperature-controlled fermentation (24-26° C) and maceration (about 20 days) on the grapes skins in small open containers in which repeated hand- pressing is done. Malolactic fermentation carried out in barriques.

Evolution: 24 months in barriques. Followed by one year in bottle before release.
