Sight: Intense ruby red.

Nose: Velvety and rich, with dark fruit aromas ranging from wild blackberry to jammy plum, complemented by hints of fern, juniper, and cloves.

Taste: Enveloping and velvety, with a complex tannic structure that is savory, refined, and smooth. Fresh, with a spicy finish.

Production Area: Hills of Friuli Colli Orientali – Prepotto (Ud).

Yield per Hectare: Approximately 4,000 kg
Training System: Bilateral Guyot
Soil Type: Flysch of marl and sandstone of Eocene origin.
Harvest Period: First decade of October, manually harvested in crates.
Vinification: Destemming and soft crushing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (24-26°C) with maceration on the skins for about 20 days in small open containers, with repeated manual punch-downs.
Malolactic Fermentation: Carried out in barriques.
Aging: 24 months in barriques, followed by one year of bottle aging before release.
