Sight: Intense straw yellow with golden hues.

Nose: Elegant, harmonious, and refined. Floral and fruity notes reminiscent of white and yellow flowers, hints of peach, cedar, apple, and pear, with mineral nuances of chalk and flint. Creamy sensations of pastry, vanilla, and acacia honey. Savory and balsamic finish.

Taste: Rich and enveloping on the palate, well-structured and refined. The pleasant acidic-savory push is balanced by delightful notes of butter, hazelnut, and vanilla. Long and persistent finish.

Training System: Simple Guyot
Soil Type: Flysch of marl and sandstone of Eocene origin.
Harvest: Second decade of September, manually harvested in crates.
Vinification: Soft pressing. Static cold decantation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-20°C) in amphora and barrique for approximately 15 days.
Aging: 12 months on lees in amphora and barriques, followed by one year of bottle aging before release.
